Decision

1.    
To approve the decision to award the Fitch Court – Windows
and Doors; Kitchen and Bathrooms Replacement Works including Full
Electrical Rewire to SER Contractors Ltd following a direct award
via the LHC framework agreement.
 

2.    
The contract value is £1.5m, the total project cost including
contingency is £1.6m, with work anticipated to start in
February 2024 for a period of 9 months.
