Decision

To approve the award of contract to SER Contractor
Ltd to carry out alterations and flat roofing works
to Kingswood Lower Primary
School totalling £275,691.47,
with works commencing March 2024 and completing by June
2024. The total project cost of
£381,142 is made up of the works contract sum, client held
contingency, consultant fees, statutory fees, and staff
capitalisation, which are detailed in
the exempt part II report.
