Decision

1.
To approve (under Reg 72 of the Procurement Contracts Regulations
2015) modification of four contracts within their terms for the
purpose of a one-year extension, to provide semi-independent living
accommodation to 16/ 17-year-old children looked after and care
leavers for the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 as
follows:

(i)
CAYSH;

(ii)
Inclusive Care Support;

(iii)
Look Ahead Care and Support; and

(iv)
Young London Today.

2.
To note that the contracts do not have a baseline
value as the framework is for the purpose of spot-purchase
agreements and that the total cost of the extensions will be
a maximum of £500,000 over the 12-month contract extension
period, funded from the existing budget for semi-independent living
within Children’s Social Care.
