Decision

1.    
To note the current contract has sufficient spend
remaining to cover any outstanding invoices up until March 2024 and
has an approved spend of £250,000 per annum. A Purchase Order
was raised in April 2023 for the annual charge.

2.    
To approve the direct award of a contract from the Crown Commercial
Service (CCS) RM 6261 Mobile Voice and Data Services Framework to
Virgin Media 02 Business for the provision of mobile voice and data
services for two years from 21 December 2023 to 20 December 2025 at
a total cost of £200,000. There are options to extend the contract for a
further 12 months, from 21 December 2025 to 20 December 2026 at a
cost of £100,000 and a further 12 months, from 21 December
2026 to 20 December 2027 at a cost of £100,000 each.
Therefore, an overall cost for the initial term and including the
two possible extensions will be £400,000.
