Decision

1.    
Having given consideration to the objections received during
statutory consultation (Appendix B), to agree to
make the amendments to the parking bay layout adjacent to no. 14 Northbourne
Road in the Clapham ‘Zone L’ Controlled Parking Zone
(CPZ)(Appendix A) and
the making of traffic management orders under sections 6, 45, 46,
49, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
 

2.    
To note the Equality Impact Assessment prepared for the purposes of
this report attached at Appendix C.
 

3.    
To note that the £4,000 total cost of the Traffic Management
Order process and physical changes to the parking bay layout i.e.
lines and signs has been paid for by the applicant.
 

4.    
To exercise discretion not to hold a
public inquiry pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities
Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations
1996.
