Decision

(1)       
To make traffic management orders facilitating the installation of
83 cycle hangars at the locations set out in the plans in Appendix
A and list in Appendix B, following consideration of
representations and objections received during the statutory
consultation detailed in this report (set out in Appendicies E and F). Installation timescale
dependent on discussions with recently appointed new hangar
provider.

To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment prepared for the
purposes of this report (Appendix I)

To exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry pursuant to
Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure)
(England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
