Purpose

This decision is to request approval for the
award of eight individual neighbourhood based, service contracts
and one borough-wide Reserve Provider List.

Decision

1. Lot
1 North Lambeth: To
approve the contract award for the provision of standard home
care to Unique Personnel UK Limited, on a five-year basis from 25
March 2024 – 24 March 2029 at an estimated value
of  £2,840,234 per annum and with
a total value of £14,201,170, plus the possibility to extend
for a further two one-year extensions (2029/2030 –
2030/2031), for an additional £5,680,468 and a maximum
overall value of £19,881,638.
 
2. Lot
2 Clapham Common and Brixton Hill: To approve the contract for the
provision of standard home care to Westminster Home Care Ltd, on a
five-year basis from 25 March 2024 – 24 March 2029 at an
estimated value of £2,539,622 per annum and with a total
value of £12,698,110, plus the possibility to extend for a
further two one-year extensions (2029/2030 – 2030/2031) for
an additional £5,079,244 and a maximum overall value of
£17,777,354.

3 Clapham Town: To approve the contract award for the provision of
standard home care to My Homecare HFW Ltd, on
a five-year basis from 25 March 2024 – 24 March 2029 at an
estimated value of £2,491,632 per annum and with a total
value of £12,458,160, plus the possibility to extend for a
further two one-year extensions (2029/2030 – 2030/2031) for
an additional £4,983,264 and a maximum overall value of
£17,441,424.

4 Myatt’s Fields and Brixton North: To approve the contract
award for the provision of standard home care to
Daryel Care, on a five-year basis from
25 March 2024 – 24 March 2029 at an estimated
value £3,595,177 per annum and with a total value of
£17,975,885, plus the possibility to extend for a further two
one-year extensions (2029/2030 – 2030/2031) for an
additional £7,190,354 and a maximum overall value of £
25,166,239.

5 Dulwich Wood / Gipsy Hill: To approve the contract award for the
provision of standard home care to Care Outlook UK, on a
five-year basis from 25 March 2024 – 24 March 2029
at an estimated value  of
£3,324,668 per annum and
with a total value of £16,623,340, plus the possibility to
extend for a further two one-year extensions (2029/2030 –
2030/2031) for an additional £6,649,336 and a
maximum  overall value of
£23,272,676.

6 Herne Hill: To approve the contract award for the provision of
standard home care to Carepoint
Services Ltd, on a five-year basis from 25 March 2024 – 24
March 2029 at an estimated value of £2,650,502 per annum and with a total value of
£13,252,510, plus the possibility to extend for a further two
one-year extensions (2029/2030 – 2030/2031) for an additional
£5,301,004 and a maximum overall value of
£18,553,514.

7 Oval / Stockwell: To approve the contract award for the provision
of standard home care to Prime Way Care Ltd, on a five-year basis
from 25 March 2024 – 24 March 2029 at an estimated value of
£3,682,667 per annum and
with a total value of £18,413,335, plus the possibility to
extend for a further two one-year extensions (2029/2030 –
2030/2031) for an additional £7,365,334 and a maximum
overall value of £25,778,669.

8 Streatham Hill / Streatham South: To approve the contract award
for the provision of standard home care to Holistic Care on a
five-year basis from 25 March 2024 – 24 March 2029 at an
estimated value of £3,832,550 per annum and with a total value of
£19,162,750 plus the possibility to extend for a further two
one-year extensions (2029/2030 – 2030/2031) for an additional
£7,665,100 and a maximum overall value of
£26,827,850.

9 Reserve Provider List: To approve the contract awards for
Reserved Provider List for the provision of standard home care

Ltd, Finch Support Services, Individualised Care Ltd, JC Michael

Healthcare Plc, Metro Homecare Ltd, Mi Homecare, Mushkil Aassan, Oasis

Limited, Spring Consult UK Ltd, Stockwellcare Support Services, Treal Care UK Ltd, Vital Care and Support Ltd;
