Decision

1.   
To grant a lease for the café premises at the Myatts Field North Community Centre to Age UK
Lambeth for a term of 10 years from
February 2024 to February 2034 (date subject to final confirmation
in the signed lease) representing a total net income of
£133,500.
 

2.   
To delegate authority for agreeing any minor amendments to the
draft Heads of Terms to the Head of Strategic Assets, after
consultation with Lambeth Council’s Legal Services.
