Purpose

The proposed decision recommends the council
approves the variation of the contract for additional kitchen and
bathroom upgrade works at the Central Hill estate, up to a value of
£1,000,000.

Decision

To vary the current contract
with Ser Contractor Ltd for the replacement of kitchens and
bathrooms together with associated works for the additional sum of
£1m to a maximum value of £3m to
committed homes on the Central Hill Estate to be completed as per
Phase 2. It is expected that works will be completed within the
contract period (April 2024).
