Decision

1.         
Having given consideration
to representations and objections received during statutory
consultation (appendix D) to agree to the
implementation of all measures as shown in
Appendix A and Appendix B, and the making of
traffic management orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and
Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.

2.         
Exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry
pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders
(Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.

3.         
To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment
prepared for the purposes of this report (Appendix C).
