Decision

Award of Contract for Lot 1: Targeted Universal
Support - It is recommended that the contract for the provision of
Targeted Universal Support services be awarded to KeyRing Community Support Services Ltd for the
period of April 2024 to March 2028, with an option to extend for
three additional years (1+1+1). The total contract value for the
initial four-year term is £572,544.12, an annual value of
£143,136.03.

Award of Contract for Lot 2: Enhanced Targeted
Support - It is recommended that the contract for Enhanced Targeted
Support services be awarded to Lambeth Elfrida Rathbone Society for the period of April
2024 to March 2028, with an option to extend for three additional
years (1+1+1). The total contract value for the initial four-year
term is £848,196.52, an annual value of
£212,049.13.
