To waive Contract Standing Order 8.2 (in
accordance with section 17.2 of the contract standing orders) to
directly award the GLA SHAP contracts to St Mungo’s
for £1,691,004 and to SLaM for £283,847 at a total
contract value of £1,974,851 from 1
January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
