To vary the contract value and to allocate
additional budget

Decision

1.         To vary
the contract value to Galliford Try Building Ltd to from
£36,500,000 to £38,263,349 in line with the final
account.
2.       To increase the project
budget cost to a revised total of £40,458,548 as detailed in
the Finance Summary above
3.       To note lease to be
entered into with Brixton House Theatre will need to be revised
following further negotiations with Brixton House Theatre. This
will be covered in a separate report.
