Decision

1.        
To note spend of £50,000 from 1 December 2023
to 12 February 2024 for the provision of software research
and development of the new online PlanX
planning service funded through the Department of Levelling Up,
Housing and Communities (DLUHC) grant funding via a
Direct Award through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
Spark Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) – RM609.

2.        
To approve the award of a contract to Open
Systems Lab (OSL) for the provision of software research and
development of the new online PlanX
planning service funded through DLUHC grant funding
via a Direct Award through the Crown Commercial Services
(CCS) Spark DPS - RM6094
for the initial contract term from 12 February 2024
to 31 March 2025 at a cost of £1,130,821.

3.        
To approve an option to extend the
contract for a further two 12-month
periods covering the 2025/26 and 2026/27 financial years
at £1,000,000 per annum. The estimated total
contract value for the maximum term from 1 December 2023 to 31
March 2027 is £3,180,821.
