1.   
To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) undertaken
as detailed in Appendix D.
 
2.   
Following consideration of representations and objections received
during the statutory objection period (gathered at Appendix B) on
Experimental Traffic Orders (ETO) for electric vehicle recharging
parking bays as listed in Appendix A, to authorise that the
provisions of those Orders are made permanent in May 2025 in
accordance with Regulations 23 and 24 of the Local
Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales)
Regulations 1996
 
3.   
To exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry pursuant to
Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure)
(England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
