Decision

1.         
To authorise the increase in the price of the following parking
charges: Residents Parking Permits, Visitors and Traders Vouchers,
On-street and car park charges to increase starting from 6.7% to a
maximum of 15.7%. (A full breakdown of the increases are displayed
in Tables 1 to 5)
 

2.         
To authorise the publication of Variation Notices under Section 46A
and Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in order
to give effect to the recommended changes proposed in this
report.
 

3.         
To have regard to the Equalities Impact Assessment prepared for the
purposes of this report (Appendix A)
