Purpose

Following call-off processes, to approve the
decision to enter into a single contract with Peabody for the
provision of a service within the joint Housing & CSC
housing-related support pathway for young people: Lot 1 Approved
Provider List - Housing-related support.

Decision

1.   
To award two
contracts following a call off competition from the Approved
Provider List lot 1 for the provision of housing-related support
for young people to Young London Plus for the provision of twelve
units of housing-related support for 16–17-year-olds, and to
Peabody Trust for the provision of six units of housing-related
support for 16-17-year-olds.
 
2.   
To note that the contracts will run from
1 February 2024 to 31 January 2029 with an
option to extend for a further two years to 2031, with a total
value of £3,368,889 without extensions
and £4,716,444 with extensions.
