Decision

To vary
the existing Inter Authority Agreement with the City of London over
the period 1 September 2023 to 30 June 2026 to increase the annual
activity/spend limit from the current value of £1,000,000 to
£2,000,000 per annum – a total variation of
£2,750,000 over the remaining 33 months of the
contract.
