Decision

1)   
To approve the platform renewal for another 12 months with
Crowdfunder UK, starting 1 September 2023 to 1 September 2024.
 

2)   
To approve the budget for the platform costs of £16k plus VAT
(£19,200) from September 2023 to September 2024.
 

3)   
To approve the budget for the quarterly wallet, top up of
£7,500 per quarter (£30k for the year) from September
2023. This is independent to the contract cost.
 

4)   
To approve a total of £49,200 (£19,200) for the
platform cost and quarterly top up cost (£30k). This will
take the maximum contract value to £98,759 over the five-year
(5) year term.
