Decision

1.   
To approve an extension to the contract for Management of The
Rookery, to Streatham Common Co-operative, where the original
contract in 2019 was for a two (2) year period at £50,000 per
annum, with a two (2) year optional extension. The extensions were
approved as two 1-year variations at £60,000 per annum. The
duration for the new extension will be for one (1) year
(backdated), from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. This would
include a 3-month break clause for a total contract extension value
of £60,000.

This extension will increase the total contract value over the five
years from 2019-2024 to £280,000.
