Decision

1.    
To approve the allocation of £1,000,000 from
Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) to SoWN to fund
and enable projects across South Bank and Waterloo up to March
2027, the need for which was identified during the consultation to
develop the Neighbourhood Plan.

 

2.    
To delegate authority to the Strategic Director of
Sustainable Growth and Opportunity, in consultation with the
Deputy Leader of the
Council (Sustainable Growth and New Homes), to agree the details of
the grant agreement and funding process.

 

3.    
To delegate authority to the Strategic Director of
Sustainable Growth and Opportunity, in consultation with the
Deputy Leader of the
Council (Sustainable Growth and New Homes),
to agree future
grant allocations on a project-by-project
basis via that grant agreement up to the total value of
£1,000,000.
