Decision

1.   
To note the spend of £407,511 to Amber Construction Services Ltd
from 1 August 2023 to 1 September 2023 for
the progression of recladding and refurbishment works at
Rundell Tower.
 
2.   
To approve the spend of £1,994,961 to Amber
Construction Services Ltd from 1 September 2023 to 31 May 2024 for
the completion of recladding and refurbishment works at Rundell
Tower.
 
3.   
To approve the variation of contract to Amber
Construction Services Ltd (as noted above) by the sum of
£2,402,472 in total (from £2,285,550 to
£4,688,022) for the recladding and refurbishment at Rundell
Tower for the period 1 March 2023 to 31 May 2024.
