Decision

1.        
To approve the award of a contract for Enforcement Agency Services
to Marston Holdings Ltd for two years with the
option to extend for a further year (2+1), running from 13
October 2023 to 12 October 2026.

 
2.        
To approve the award of a contract for Enforcement Agency Services
to CDER Ltd for two years with the option to extend
for a further year (2+1), running from 13 October 2023 to 12
October 2026.

 
3.        
To approve the award of a contract for Enforcement Agency Services
to Equita Ltd for two
years with the option to extend for a further year (2+1),
running from 13 October 2023 to 12 October 2026.
 
4.        
To note that the Council will incur no costs during the term of the
contract and that the estimated income from the contract will be a
maximum of £4 million of revenue collection over three
years.
