To approve the extension of the contract
with Open Systems Lab Ltd (OSL) as software research and developers
on the PlanX project, from 1 October
2023 to 30 November 2023 at a cost of £100,000, taking the
overall value of the contract to £1,810,111. To be
funded through the DLUHC Modern Planning software
capital grant.
