for the Provision of Civil Enforcement Services from Airport
Parking Company of America (APCOA), which will cover the costs
outlined in the report. An increase of £9.38 million is
currently required to cover additional costs experienced on this
contract, due to an expansion of services. This increase will cover
all costs until the expiry of the contract in October 2024.The new
maximum contract value will be £44,347,495.
It should be noted that a re-tender for this
contract will commence in October 2023. A full procurement
timetable has been provided in Section 10, Table 2 in the
report.
