Decision

To appoint eight
(8)contractors tothe Electric Vehicle Charge
PointFramework across three specific Lots.

The Lot 1 contractors are: Volker Highways Ltd, Vev
Services, Connected Kerb Ltd, SEE Services, Char.gy Ltd, FM Conway
Ltd and Joju Ltd

·      
The Lot 2 contractors are: Joju Ltd, Char.gy Ltd,
Volker Highways Ltd, FM Conway Ltd, SEE Services

·      
The Lot 3 contractors are SEE Services, Connected
Kerb Ltd, Char.gy Ltd, Wenea, Joju Ltd and FM Conway Ltd
 

2.         
The Framework willrun for four (4)years, for theperiod
September 2023until
September 2027, withno
option to extend.
 

3.         
The maximumvalue of theworks and services delivered
will be £7m overthe Frameworkperiod. TheAuthority reserves
the right not to spend this amount.
