Decision

1.        
To advise BT that the Council has no objection to
the removal of the three public call boxes identified in the
report, subject only to the response from a further period of
consultation as provided for in the report.

 

2.        
To authorise the Assistant Director of Development
Management and Enforcement to report to BT on or before 3 October
2023 the Council’s response to the proposed removal of the
three public call boxes identified in the report following a
further period of consultation as referred to in recommendation
1.
