Purpose

Following call-off processes, to approve the
decision to enter into a single contract for the provision of a
services within the joint Housing & CSC housing-related support
pathway for young people: Lot 1 Approved Provider List -
Housing-related support, for young people aged 16 – 18 years
old.

Decision

To approve the award of a call-off
contract to Centrepoint Soho from the Approved Provider List Lot 1:
For the provision of housing-related support services, from
January 2024 to January 2029, with the option to extend for a further two years
to 2031 at a total value of £950,927.55 without
extensions, and £1,331,298.57 with
extensions. This contract will provide six
units of accommodation for 16 – 18-year-old young
people.
