Decision

1.   
To approve the award of the Lot 1
contract to Eurovia Ltd to run for a five-year
period starting from 1 November 2023 and ending on 31 October
2028 at a total cost of £1,123,391,
with an option to extend for a further two years which would
bring the total cost to £1,572,746.

 

2.   
To approve the award of the Lot 2 contract to
Profile Security Services Ltd to run for a five-year period
starting from 1 November 2023 and ending on 31 October 2028
at a total cost of £2,469,627, with an option
to extend for a further two years which would bring the
total cost to £3,457,477.80.
 

3.   
To note that the combined cost for Lots 1 and 2 is
£3,593,018 over the five-year period, excluding annual
uplift, and £5,030,352 if the option to extend for two
further years is implemented.
