Decision

1.   
To approve the award of the contract to Safeplay Playground Services Ltd, for the repair,
maintenance, installation and inspection of Lambeth Housing play
areas, outdoor gyms and multi-use games
areas.
 

2.   
To approve the award of the contract to Safeplay Playground Services Ltd, for an initial
period of 3 years from November 2023 to November 2026, at an annual
cost of £650,000.00 (total of £1.95m). There is an
option for two additional extensions of two years, each which if
taken up would increase the contract length to 7years and the total
cost of the contract to £4.55m.
