Decision

1.        
To award contracts for the delivery of
the Community Pharmacy Stop Smoking Service, which includes the
Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) scheme,
to Philips Pharmacy,
Harfleur Chemist, Kingshield Pharmacy, New Park Pharmacy, Day Lewis
Pharmacy Gracefield Gardens, Boss
Pharmacy, Elmcourt Pharmacy, and
Paterson Heath and Co Ltdfrom 1
October 2023 to 30 September 2026, with the option for a one year +
one year extension to 2028.
 
2.        
To award contracts to deliver the NRT
scheme to Pavilion Pharmacy, Copes Pharmacy, Hills Pharmacy, SG
Manning Pharmacy, Pascoe Pharmacy, Millennium Pharmacy (Lothian
Road), and Day Lewis Pharmacy Streatham Hill from 1 October 2023 to
30 September 2026, with the option for a one year + one year
extension to 2028.

To note that the total annual value of
all contracts is £80,000 and the total maximum value of all
contracts, including the extensions, is
£400,000.
