Decision

1.        
To waive Lambeth Contract Standing Orders under 17.2
(b) to increase the value of previously agreed works with RME
Services Ltd at 297-299 Coldharbour Lane
due to inflationary increases and finalised
technical design. The additional costs of £259,000 are
required to complete the existing construction
contract.
 
2.        
To allocate £75,000 from the currently
unallocated theme budget for Voluntary and Community Services (VCS)
Buildings in the Capital Improvement Programme (CIP) approved by
Cabinet in July 2020 plus a further
£184,000 from the Authority’s health and safety
reserves.
