Decision
1.
To approve the award of the contract for package A2 to Buxton
Building Contractors Limited for the West Norwood Cemetery National
Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Project works package A2 with a
maximum contract sum of £1,952,384, commencing June 2023 with
a construction period of 56 weeks.
2.
To note the Council’s intention to vary the contract for
package A2 to include the Robson Road entrance works package,
subject to funding becoming available.
