Decision

1.        
To approve a direct award to Taylor’s Foundry for the
purchase of approximately 89 SB8 Rotherham benches for a contract
sum of £184,000 to be delivered by April 2025.
 
2.        
To approve a waiver of the Contract Standing Orders 9.2 requiring
competitive tendering.
