Decision

1.        
To approve the award of a contract to
Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust as the lead provider
for the provision of a Tier 2 adult weight management
service, from 1 October 2023 to 30
September 2026, with the option to extend for a one + one extension
to 2028. The annual value of the contract is £360,000 and the
total value including the extensions will be
£1.8m. The service
will be delivered in partnership with Food for Purpose and
Queen’s Walking Group.
