Decision

1.        
To note the spend from 01 April to 21 July 2023 for
an amount of £170,494.58.
 

2.        
To approve the remaining spend of £384,744.42
from 22 July 2023 to 31 March 2024, for a maximum total contract
value of £555,239.
 

3.        
To waive the Council’s Contract Standing Order
8.2 requiring competitive tendering for contracts over
£100,000 for the goods and services under an Agreement with
South Bank Employers’ Group Ltd (SBEG) dated 4 September
2019.
