Decision

 
1         
To award a contract for the delivery of
the Specialist Stop Smoking Service (following a tender exercise)
to Guy’s and St Thomas, NHS Foundation Trust for the period
01 October 2023 to 31 September 2026 at a maximum cost of
£1.26m.

2         
To approve an option to extend the
contract to Guy’s and St Thomas NHS foundation cited in
recommendation 1 for up to an additional two-year period from 01
October 2026 to 31 September 2028 at a maximum cost of
£840,000 (a maximum contract cost of £2.1m if the
extensions are utilised).
