Decision

1.   
That following consideration of the results of the public
consultation and officer responses thereto (gathered at appendix E)
to grant approval for the implementation for 82 new cycle hangars
in Phase 11 of the cycle hangar programme as set out in Appendix A
and shown in the drawings in Appendix B at a cost of £296,700
and to be implemented between May and July 2025.

To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment prepared for the
purposes of this report (Appendix C).
