Decision

1.   
To accept a central government grant of
£8,222,654 through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme
3b, to part fund the retrofit of nine schools and three leisure
centres.
 
2.   
To approve
the allocation of £5,018,714 from the Climate Change Response
capital budget to co-fund the retrofit of nine schools and three
leisure centres under PSDS 3b.
 
3.   
To approve
the allocation of £508,644 to fund the purchase, installation and
maintenance of additional solar PV on two leisure centres included
under PSDS 3b.
 
4.   
To appoint
Cenergist to undertake Phase 3b PSDS
works on nine schools and three leisure centres to the value of
£12,261,378 for period up to 31 March 2024.
 
5.   
To appoint Cenergist to
undertake solar PV works on two leisure centres to the value of
£477,600 for period up to 31 March 2024.
 
6.   
To appoint Cenergist to
undertake previously approved Phase 3b PSDS works on one school to
the value of £633,870 for period up to 31 March
2024.
 
7.   
To delegate
authority to the Strategic Director for Sustainable Growth and
Opportunity to amend the programme of
works as necessary in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Sustainable Lambeth and Clean Air.
