Decision

Following
consideration of representations and objections received during
statutory consultation (as set out in Appendix D) to authorise the
making of Traffic Management Orders providing for:
 
a)   
To remove those disabled persons’ parking places listed in
Appendix A to this report in August 2023
 
b)   
To install double yellow lines to create the passing places
illustrated in Appendix B to this report in August 2023.
 
c)   
That subject to the above approvals the implementation of these
measures at a cost of £2,000 to be allocated from the Parking
Reserve.
 
d)   
To exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry.
