Decision

1.   
To approve the award of a contract for the Supply of Trees (Lot 1)
to Barcham Trees Plc as the primary
contractor. The contract will commence on 3 August 2023 for a
period of three (3) years, expiring on 2 August 2026.
 

2.   
To approve the award of a contract for the Supply of Trees (Lot 1)
to Hillier Nurseries Ltd as the secondary contractor. The contract
will commence on 3 August 2023 for a period of three (3) years,
expiring on 2 August 2026.
 

3.   
To allocate £540,267.75 from the currently unallocated theme
budget for Energy, Flood Prevention and Climate Change Response
Infrastructure in the Capital Investment Programme.
