Decision

1.   
To approve the decision to enter into a lease with
L&Q for use of the entire Camberwell Foyer building consisting
of 40 x one-bedroom flats of accommodation, and a number of office
and communal spaces/ large meeting rooms for a six-year and
ten-month term from 2023 until 2028. The annual lease cost is
£250,571 per annum which equates to £1,712,236 for the
proposed lease term of six years and ten months.
