Decision

1.        
To approve the award of the contract for Home Improvement Agency (HIA)
Works to the following contractors:
 
a.        
Lot 1 - T Brown for wet room and specialist bathing equipment
installation for the North of the Borough at an annual maximum
contract value of £571,552, starting on 1 August 2023 and running
until 30 June 2026, with two possible further extensions of one
year each.
 
b.        
Lot 2 - Effectable Ltd for wet room and
specialist bathing equipment installation for the South of the
Borough at an annual maximum contract value of £606,649
starting on 1 August 2023 and running until 30 June 2026, with two
possible further extensions of one year each.

 
c.        
Lot 3 & 4 - Saltash Enterprises for Accessibility works and
extensions for the whole Borough at an annual maximum contract
value of £438,445 for each lot, (total of £876,890)
starting on 1 August 2023 and running until 30 June 2026, with two
possible further extensions of one year each.
