To delegate authority to the Corporate Director of
Housing and Adult Social Care, in consultation with the Deputy
Leader of the Council (Housing, Investment and New Homes) and the
Corporate Director of Finance, to enter into a Full Repairing and
Insuring (FRI) Lease of five properties situated in Streatham,
providing 30 studio spaces at a starting annual cost of
£508,591. This is expected to occur in April 2025 and operate for ten
years to March 2035. This will deliver an overall cost of
£5,830,428 and a saving of
£1,442,323.
