Purpose
1.
To approve the contract award to SER Contractor Ltd for the repair
or replacement of the existing roof coverings at 91-141 Brixton
Road for a contract sum of £3,598,186.10. It
is anticipated the works will commence in August 2023 to May
2024 for a contract period of 36 weeks.
