Decision

1.        
To waive clause 8.2 of the Lambeth Contract Standing Orders as it
is in the Council’s best interest, as set out in paragraph
2.2 of the report, to issue a direct award.
 

2.        
To award a contract to Probation Service London (HM Prison and
Probation service) on a nine-months plus one-year basis (2023/24
and 2024/25), from 1 July 2023 – 31 March 2025, at a maximum
value of £130,858.50 (£55,722.50 in 2023/24 and
£75,136 in 2024/25).
