Decision

Following consideration of
representations and objections received during statutory
consultation (as set out in Appendix G) and the Equality
Impact Assessment (Appendix E) to:

1.        
Agree to withdraw the proposed measures for Martell Road as shown
in drawing DES-CPZ-AA-Adhoc3-1000-01-03 (Appendix
B) as described at paragraph 2.5 of this report.

2.        
Following consideration of representations and objections received
during statutory consultation to agree to the
implementation of all the measures shown in Appendix A and
Appendix B, with the exception of Martell Road,
under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV of
Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. All the
proposals will be implemented in the current financial
year.

3.        
Exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry
pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders
(Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
