To approve the proposed contract with Pay360 for the provision of
Payment Gateway Services through a Direct Award on the KCS
Framework for Provision of Managed Services for Business Solutions
(Framework Y20023) for a 3-year duration commencing from the 27
June 2023 to 26 June 2026 at an estimated annual cost of
£105,141, and a total cost of £315,424 over the full
contact term.
