Decision

1.           
To agree to the continued commissioning arrangement
of AT Beacon Project within Lambeth of two health and wellbeing
hubs from May 2023 to April 2024 for a value of £169,122.56 and an aggregate contract sum of
£336,062.12.
 

2.           
To approve the application of a Waiver under 17.2 (b) of the
council’s Contract Standing Orders to extend the existing
contract as referenced in the Legal comments at section 4, para 4.3
of this report.
