Decision

1.        
Approve the implementation of a Shared Cost AVC pension arrangement
for Lambeth Council staff (including schools based staff) who are
LGPS members. (Section 2.1)
 

2.        
Approval for earnings related payments such as overtime, pay
increases, contractual allowances, occupational maternity pay,
occupational sickness pay and redundancy to be calculated on the
notional salary before applying the salary sacrifice reduction.
(Section 2.3).
 

3.        
Approve the publication of the summary note that will supplement
the Council's LGPS Discretionary Policy Statement to permit Lambeth
Council LGPS members to participate in a Shared Cost AVC scheme.
(Section 2.4).
 

4.        
Approve partnering with an external provider to deliver a fully
managed service covering Shared Cost AVCs. (Section
2.7).
